My first stop to replacing the faulty part was a compressor shop just off 50th Ave S.E., what a dive. The place was dark and grungy with boxes everywhere. I didn’t get any support. My next stop was CFM Air, what a nice place, very clean, bright and presentable. The staff were all very friendly and their technician was able to make me a replacement part right away. He walked me through several steps to get the problem identified, and find a solution to fix it. This included several phone calls back and forth, and the exchange of pictures I took of the compressor. This was an excellent experience - talking to a real person who was very knowledgeable, and willing to help. I had initially tried talking directly to the manufacturer, whose response was 'that model has been discontinued and we can't help you'.
